Position Summary:
- The
- 3rd Shift Logistics Supervisor
- will lead night shift logistics operations, including material flow, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and team leadership. This role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant operations in support of production goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Supervise shipping, receiving, picking, and line-side material delivery + Conduct daily inventory and weekly 5S audits + Communicate shift updates and coordinate with other shift leaders + Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders and safe loading practices + Use SAP to monitor order status, inventory levels, and replenishment + Interface with internal departments and external customers/suppliers + Lead safety initiatives and enforce site safety protocols + Conduct employee training and manage team schedules, timekeeping, and performance + Support and implement Lean practices including 5S, Kanban, and visual management + Maintain compliance with
IATF 16949, ISO
14001-2015, and customer requirements

Required Qualifications:
- + Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management) + 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing + 2-3 years of leadership experience in logistics or related functions + Experience with SAP ERP system + Background in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing + Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and
ISO/IATF
standards

- + Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Ability to plan, train, and direct a team effectively + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Clear verbal and written communication skills + High attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance + Familiar with logistics KPIs and continuous improvement processes

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- + Frequent walking, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and use of material handling equipment + Work conducted in both office and manufacturing environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise + Ability to stand/move about the facility up to 90% of the shift + Computer use and terminal work required (80% of time)
