Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to service standards. Assist in managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and budgeting. Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. Collaborate with catering teams to plan and execute events, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a quick service or fine dining environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in catering operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures within a restaurant setting. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
