Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused leader with a passion for hospitality, strong business acumen, and a commitment to team development. As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the strategy and daily execution of all food and beverage operations across various outlets at our beautiful Myrtle Beach resort. You’ll be part of a passionate and experienced leadership team who strives to ensure every guest, owner and team member receives an exceptional experience. You’ll oversee a team of managers and staff, manage financial performance, and uphold company standards for service, safety, and quality. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event catering.
Ensure consistency in service delivery, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Lead a team of outlet managers and supervisors; provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Manage departmental budgets, review P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Support menu development, recipe standardization, and sales analysis to ensure profitability and guest appeal.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations to maintain appropriate stock levels and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies through regular audits and inspections.
Analyze labor needs and approve schedules that balance guest service with financial performance.
Champion training programs that foster skill development, safety awareness, and service excellence.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring positive resolution.
Collaborate with resort leadership to support resort-wide initiatives and guest programming.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
8+ years of food & beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare setting
Experience using POS systems, inventory tools, and basic Microsoft Office
Experience managing budgets, P&L, labor, and inventory Skills and Knowledge Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and event operations
Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and staff development
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Hands-on leader with a focus on guest service and team success
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
