As a Shift Leader at our Clemson Univ store located at 102Fendley St, Clemson SC 29631, you are the captain of our bakery dayor night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” (andbeyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successfulshift. WHAT WILL I DOAS A SHIFT LEADER?
- Provide incredible customer service and qualityproducts to all of our guests throughout their experience withinour bakeries
- Support store leadership by maintaining operationsduring your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoringproduction efficiency, holding the team accountable to companystandards and procedures, and assisting in the training andcoaching of team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking,cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crewteam
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
- Provide a safe,clean, working environment for our guests and staff and adhere tosafe food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of working experiencein a customer service focused role
- Point of Sale systemsexperience
- Outstanding communication, time management, and peopleskills
- Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
- Detail focused andresults-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in theUnited States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
