Full-Time Position Summary:

The Warrior Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the Warrior Dining Facility, ensuring high standards of food service, sanitation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position serves as the primary liaison between management, food service staff, and military leadership to deliver consistent, compliant, and quality meal services to service members.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Warrior Dining Facility, including meal preparation, service, sanitation, and food safety compliance Manage and lead a team of food service workers, shift leaders, and kitchen staff Ensure adherence to contract requirements, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies Review and verify production schedules, meal counts, and quality control reports Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Serve as the key point of contact with military representatives, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly Maintain documentation of facility operations, safety audits, employee training, and compliance reports Ensure smooth execution of special meals, holiday services, and inspection readiness Support leadership with budgeting, cost control, and operational improvements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework or degree preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a military or government setting Strong knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe Certification required Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a high-volume dining operation Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and administrative responsibilities Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be able to pass a background check and meet base access requirements
