Shift Leader Zaxby’s 6222 Carolina Commons Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29707 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members to achieve our business goals. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to optimize operational efficiency. Utilize POS system for order processing, payments, and reporting. Oversee catering services when required, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
