This leadership role requires a strong focus on customer service, staff training, and operational excellence. This position involves strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Lead and manage all dining services operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet functions. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in customer service and food service management. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations while minimizing waste. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within all dining facilities.
