This position involves strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Lead and manage all dining services operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet functions. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in customer service and food service management. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations while minimizing waste. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and team-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within all dining facilities. Address customer feedback promptly to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Experience in banquet operations is preferred, along with knowledge of bar services. Ability to develop training programs that enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and vendors.
