This position is responsible for managing the beverage program, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Duties Manage all aspects of the beverage program, including inventory control, ordering, and menu development. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all beverage preparation areas. Train and supervise staff on beverage preparation techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Collaborate with catering teams to develop beverage offerings for events and special occasions. Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and product offerings. Assist in budgeting for the beverage department, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members. Create schedule for bar team Experience Proven experience in restaurant/bar management Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
