The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in restaurant management and excellent leadership skills to guide a team of service professionals in providing exceptional experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of the servers & bar team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee the scheduling of services, including bar schedule, server schedule, & training schedule, and inventory schedule. Ensure that all dinner and lunch services are performed according to industry standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records of transactions, including cash handling and invoicing. Collaborate with teams on private events and catering. Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service. Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Skills Proficient in restaurant operations including service and communcation. Strong understanding of service procedures and hiring processes. Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Ability to align team efforts towards achieving goals while maintaining high standards of service quality. Effective communication skills to transmit information clearly between customers and back of house. Problem-solving abilities to address issues that arise during service operations efficiently.
