This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring smooth operations, handling customer service issues, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. Responsibilities Supervise employees, delegate tasks, and ensure staff are following procedures and providing excellent customer service. Manage the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Address customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guest and staff, including enforcing safety rules and procedures. Train new employees and coach existing staff on best practices. Requirements Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, and communicate clearly with both staff and customers. Ability to identify and resolve operational and customer- related issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
