We are seeking a cheerful morning person with experience in leading a crew to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, attention to details, timeliness on projects and exceptional customer service. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues as they arise, and motivating the service team to sell specials. Train, supervise, and mentor the staff’s performance, providing guidance, and support as needed. Manage inventory control- including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling is followed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling. : Previous experience in food service or hospitality Strong shift management skills (ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed) Proficiency in using POS systems and Excel Cash handling abilities Excellent customer service Clear communication with other management and crew Decision Making Strategic thinking
