• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Train and mentor staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Coordinate with management to address any issues or concerns that arise during shifts
• Assist in food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
• Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts Skills
• Experience in food service, preferably in casual dining or hotel settings
• Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Knowledge of hospitality management practices and industry trends
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
