Resturant Manager Willie Mae’s Barbecue LLC 200 8th Avenue East, Springfield, TN 37172 Job Summary Willie Mae’s Barbecue is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards our customers expect. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, a passion for Southern hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. As Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, support front and back-of-house teams, and help deliver the quality and service Willie Mae’s is known for. Responsibilities Lead daily operations across front and back of house. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. Maintain a strong presence on the floor and in the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with health codes. Respond quickly and professionally to customer concerns and feedback. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs. Oversee bar operations and support bartenders as needed. Coordinate with the kitchen for large orders, catering, and events. Track key performance indicators and help implement improvements. Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented work culture. Skills Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Strong customer service instincts with problem-solving ability. Solid understanding of kitchen and bar operations. Knowledge of restaurant health and safety standards. Comfort using POS and scheduling systems. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Clear communication and team-building skills.
