The purpose of the assistant to manage the daily operations and staff of the restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. The assistant ensures achievement of all restaurant objectives while following all Company guidelines, as well as compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. The assistant leads, guides, directs, selects, interviews, trains and develops all Shift Leaders, and Crew Members in the restaurant, creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
