Full Job Description Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help ensure the Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants and Hosts provide efficient service to our guests with superior professionalism and courtesy. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager with training new staff, shift lineups, associate development and implementing customer service standards. You must be able to act as a liaison between wait staff and the kitchen staff to ensure timely and appropriate communications and proper timing for guest orders. On occasion, you will have to help resolve guest complaints when expressed. General Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with the overall restaurant operations while maintaining quality standards and maximizing food and beverage profitability. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Assist in maintaining inventories to levels that minimize waste while ensuring the restaurant is ready to serve customers. Maximize customer experience through quality of service and product. Encourage and motivate staff with a positive attitude. Operate POS and maintain security of system. Follow correct cash management procedures. Ensure all Front of House staff adhere to company “codes of conduct” and “standard operating procedures”. Conduct daily service briefings, and ongoing food & beverage trainings. Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays for any shift. Ensure correct event set ups and bookings for the day. Monitor staff breaks, timekeeping, Assume the role and responsibilities of the Restaurant (General) Manager in their absence. All other duties as assigned by management pertaining to the operation of the restaurant.

2-3 years’ experience in a full service restaurant environment A strong grasp of operational systems (POS) and computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook Moderate wine knowledge preferred Full Service Bartending Experience is
