This is a service-focused position where the CM would be in charge of managing the shift as MOD as well as be responsible for all food orders, BOH scheduling and anything within the kitchen. Mission of the Culinary Manager Assist the GM in establishing (with the support of the Leadership Team) the management system of the restaurant going forward and to increase sales year-to-year. - Strong background in staff training, management, and hospitality
- Proficient in food service management, kitchen management, and team supervision
- Experience in fast-paced food environments and fine dining establishments
- Skilled in inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems
- Familiarity with casual dining, banquet services, and catering operations
