Restaurant Shift Leader-Memphis Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken 310 South Front Street, Memphis, TN 38103 Gus’s World-Famous Fried Chicken, a beloved institution known for its mouth-watering fried chicken, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Lead! We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, customer service, and leadership, and who will help us continue to grow as a company. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and guests leave satisfied. You are also a creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions to ensure the best possible guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
• Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to Gus’s World-Famous Fried Chicken’s standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new strategies for growth and success

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
