Responsibilities:
Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them. Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation Work well with other crew members and management. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player Ensure all tasks, duties are completed. Ensure team works productively and efficiently to meet all standards and requirements to provide exceptional customer service and increase sales and profitability and food safety standards are maintained to the highest of standards.
Requirements:
Must be 18 year old minimum to be considered. Previous fast food/ restaurant experience is preferred but not required, we provide training
