Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced travel agents to join our team. If you have a strong background in travel planning, exceptional customer service skills, and a love for exploring the world, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and transportation. Provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel restrictions, and destination information. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer support. Leverage travel booking systems (GDS tools like Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo).

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in the travel industry. Proficiency with travel booking software (Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms). Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel regulations, and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. [Optional] Certification (e.g., CTA, CTC) or degree in travel/tourism is a plus. Why Join Us?
