Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities. Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry changes. Offer personalized service and address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
