A DAY IN THE LIFE

of a Leisure Travel Agent The Auto ClubGroup is seeking prospective Leisure Travel Agents who can generatenew sales, retain existing members and grow ACG’s overall book ofbusiness through our multiple product offerings. You will bechallenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14 million members Establishes andgrows mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members tomaximize their member experience and use of AAA benefits, leadingto profitable sales, revenue growth and repeat Travel bookingsAchieves assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goalsSells cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental,travel insurance, AAA credit cards, AAA memberships and relatedtravel products and services Prepares complex and/or large scaledomestic and international travel packages Completes reservationsand advise clients regarding documentation requirements Makesnecessary travel a rrangements ( i.e. reservations, collect money,and process documents) Receives and champions customer concernsthrough to resolution Ask for referrals, build and grow a book ofclient business by utilizing the AAA ACG lead system Proactivelylearn and utilize AAA ACG digital and communication technologies toachieve objectives What it’s like to work for

HOW WE REWARD OUR EMPLOYEES

Our Auto ClubGroup Leisure Travel Agent’s earn a base salary of $31,200 with apotential of earning sales incentives and bonuses. This is anon-exempt, W2 position, and the base salary is paid out on anhourly basis. You are also eligible to participate in the FieldTravel Agent I variable compensation plan with a guaranteed minimumpayout equivalent to $5 per hour worked. Commissions are paid outmonthly. On average, our agents earn $44,539

• $62,872 per year.

Top performing agents earn $80,000

• $100,000 per year.

Also,agents can earn unlimited commissions on AAA Membership sales andAAA Credit Card sales.
