JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Tour Desk Agent primary focus will be to handle all tasks related to tour flow at Sales Centers.
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives with finesse. Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure clear interaction with guests and team members. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with various software for recordkeeping and data management. A keen attention to detail and a positive, friendly attitude that shines through in all interactions. A strong work ethic characterized by dependability, responsibility, urgency, and teamwork. Flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of seasonal volume and coverage needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key holder responsible for opening Sales Center Set up and coordination of breakfasts and lunches Greet all inbound tours Coordinate Tour Schedule for Sales – identify slots available on Sales Rep schedule and proactive solicit tour from appropriate source (OPC, In-house, minivac) Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all tours Resolve concerns/challenges related to tour qualifications and gifting eligibility, distribute gifts as appropriate Recordkeeping of tour schedules including data entry and updates of tour information in SPI Cover other tour desks and locations if necessary or as seasonal volume shifts Performs other related duties & special projects as requested Be responsible for opening and setting the stage at our Sales Center. Organize and coordinate delightful breakfasts and lunches for our guests. Greet all inbound tours with a warm, welcoming demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere. Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Address and resolve any concerns regarding tour qualifications and gifting eligibility, ensuring gifts are distributed as warranted. Maintain accurate records of tour schedules with meticulous data entry and updates. Flexible covering other tour desks and locations as needed, adapting to seasonal demands with ease. Engage in special projects and additional duties as requested, showcasing your versatility and team spirit.

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS
Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry Prior experience in sales/customer service Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus!
