Pet Insurance Primary Position Purpose:

Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of business travel arrangements services for drivers using a Corporate Travel on-line reservation system. Work as a liaison between departments to ensure proper bookings for all travel requests submitted and relay itineraries to the appropriate departments. Assists in the development of policies and procedures regarding the handling of business travel arrangements.

Position Functions:

Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of business travel arrangements and services for drivers using a Corporate Travel on-line reservation system. This includes airfare, rental car, hotel, rideshare, and Greyhound bookings. Streamlines the travel reservation process by ensuring reservations for business air travel, car rentals, and overnight accommodation are accurate; and itineraries, tickets, and instructions are forwarded to employees on a timely basis. Analyzes travel services provided by vendors and recommends changes as appropriate. Makes cost effective decisions when analyzing travel options. Monitors and reports on daily Queue-value count using the PC-travel software on-line reservation system. Updates all employee travel profiles. Work with appropriate departments to determine the best solution for drivers with truck concerns while communicating the solution with the customer. Work with onboarding hotels and shuttles to coordinate initial stays, extensions, and pickup/drop offs. Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce. Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives. Participate in such discussions by offering input and advice. Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication, and expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience 1 – 2 years’ experience in the travel field required
Experience with Concur Travel preferred
Customer Service experience preferred

  • Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech experience a plus Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and the public
  • Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change
  • Works quickly and efficiently. Able to test solutions, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Proactive and pragmatic problem solver
  • Communicates effectively across multiple mediums Licenses & Certifications
