Ambassador of Fun :

Welcome all guests in a friendly manner and assist with any questions or concerns during their stay at the resort Assist with planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as crafts, games, picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners. Entertain guests through scheduled and non-scheduled activities coordinating and encouraging participation. Set-up and clean-up after each scheduled activity – Must be present and set up 15 minutes before the activity. Help maintain a sheet tracking attendance for each activity Assist with training recreation department team members and volunteers Assist with updating apps and bulletins and distributing weekly newsletters to resort residents and guests Assist with Events coordinated by the Director of Events and Marketing as needed Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked, put away in its proper storage location, sanitized, and kept in good condition Other duties as assigned
