17701 Sw 122 st Miami fl 33196 We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to manage check-ins and payments for our ATV tour guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient start to each customer’s adventure by processing payments, verifying reservations, and providing basic information about the tour.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and confirm their reservations Process payments (cash, credit card, and online transactions) Assist guests with waivers and required paperwork Provide basic information about the tour, safety guidelines, and policies Maintain accurate records of transactions and bookings Communicate with tour guides and staff regarding guest check-ins Address customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Requirements:
