The primary responsibilities of the Shore Experience Manager are to manage the Shore Experience Concierge team an hea up the Shore Experience Department.

Overall management of the Shore Experience epartment.
Effectively promote an manage FSY shore excursions, overlan tours an private arrangements for each iniviual voyage.
Manage all shore-relate FSY activities an liaise with Director of Rooms & Guest Experience teams.
Manage the creation of bespoke arrangements for all guests
Confirm tour an private arrangements with shore tour operators in a timely manner.
Assign an supervise uties to Shore Experience Concierge team an communicate with Guest Service Specialists in the tour relate areas, to ensure efficient an smooth FSY guest services.
Manage ispatch an tour operation, check critical tour components, an recommen improvements. Work with tour operators to survey new tour opportunities.
Verify invoices an authorize payment for all shore experience relate services.
Manage the financials of the epartment.
Follow an execute Hotel Policies as set in the Hotel epartment Stanar operating proceure (SOP)
