About the role The primary responsibilities of the Shore Experience Manager are tomanage the Shore Experience Concierge team and head up the ShoreExperience Department.

What you will do: Overall management of the Shore Experience department. Effectively promote and manage FSY shore excursions, overlandtours and private arrangements for each individual voyage. Manage all shore-related FSY activities and liaise withDirector of Rooms & Guest Experience teams. Manage the creation of bespoke arrangements for all guests Confirm tour and private arrangements with shore tour operatorsin a timely manner. Assign and supervise duties to Shore Experience Concierge teamand communicate with Guest Service Specialists in the tour relatedareas, to ensure efficient and smooth FSY guest services. Manage dispatch and tour operation, check critical tourcomponents, and recommend improvements. Work with tour operators tosurvey new tour opportunities. Verify invoices and authorize payment for all shore experiencerelated services. Manage the financials of the department. Follow and execute Hotel Policies as set in the Hoteldepartment Standard operating procedure (SOP) Be familiar with FSY, Environmental, Safety and Security Policyand carry out the policies and procedures as appropriate to theirposition.

What you bring Minimum of 5 years of related experience in luxury hotelsand/or onboard cruise line. Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills Standard accounting skills, ability to comprehend & managesales budget. Ability to interact with the luxury market and high net worthguests. Vast port knowledge in line with experience in a similarposition. Willingness and personality to work within structured shipboardenvironment. Must have previous sea going experiencePreferred Previous luxury ship experience Additional Languages such as Spanish, French, or GermanRequiredcomputer skills Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel andOutlook) Proficiency in hotel management and shore experience managementsoftware systemsWillingness to live and work onboard the Yacht forextended periods, with travel to various internationaldestinations.
