What you get to do:

The Manager, Premium Services (VIP & Travel Partner Success) is a sales and experience design leader responsible for driving premium revenue across the company by elevating VIP product offerings and deepening engagement with luxury travel partners. This role is focused on direct sales, marketing/positioning, and cultivating brand goodwill through intentional storytelling and relationship-building. You’ll be the key architect of unforgettable guest journeys while ensuring that our travel industry partners are equipped to sell, promote, and advocate for our VIP product suite. You’ll also work closely with teams across Zoo, Marketing, PR, F&B, Entertainment, and more to ensure seamless delivery of premium offerings. You’ll also help shape and grow new VIP products aligned with the resort’s long-term vision. Ideal candidates are natural relationship builders, strategic sellers, and passionate ambassadors of exceptional guest experiences. Own the VIP Vertical across PRKS which includes but is not limited to sales, marketing, product execution and inventory management.
Develop and grow sales through strategic partnerships with travel advisors, tour operators, concierge services, and high-end travel brands.
Lead outbound sales efforts focused on premium clientele, with a strong service level that wins trust and drives conversion.
Act as a primary point of contact for VIP and high-value accounts, providing concierge-level service and timely communication.
Shape and evolve PRKS’s premium VIP offerings—including core VIP tours, seasonal product and exclusive guest experiences—based on guest insights and partner feedback.
Drive awareness of our premium products through effective marketing strategies, strategic barter/paid opportunities, and the use of owned/operated channels.
Develop sales collateral, advertising opportunities, and storytelling initiatives to position SeaWorld and Busch Gardens VIP Tours as a guest-focused, premium brand.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Zoo, Marketing, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Entertainment, etc.) to deliver consistent, elevated premium experiences.
Support the development of new VIP tour products, add-on experiences, and premium service operations in alignment with resort expansion and strategic goals.
Use analytics to track sales performance, optimize pricing, and identify new revenue opportunities across channels.
Stay informed of local market trends, competitor activity, and luxury travel behaviors to refine sales strategy and market positioning.

What it takes to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field
5+ years in a revenue-generating role within luxury hospitality, theme parks, or travel/tourism.
Proven success in B2B/B2C sales, client development, and strategic account management.
Experience working with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and concierge services.
Strong understanding of the Orlando tourism and theme park markets which PRKS operates
Demonstrated success developing high-yield, guest-centric product offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for guest service and delivering best-in-class experiences.
