un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Apartment Tour Guide Needed (Jupiter) 266 Village Blvd compensation: 25.00 per hour during showings. Extra incentive if they sign the lease. Hi I have a few units in Jupiter and the surrounding area and run the listings – take care of lease etc. However, as I often travel, looking for someone to simply meet prospective tenants at the unit, monitor their in/out, lock the door, and that’s it – I take care of the ongoing questions and lease, association application. One listing currently active with showings starting for this/ next week 1. I set up the ad and run showings based on your availability 2. Prospective tenant shows up, let them in, lock up and then I will Zelle you the money. 3. I’ll try to coordinate showings around your schedule. ID required and WhatsApp required.
