Responsibilities:

• Patrols The Ringling’s 66 acres of buildings, galleries, and grounds as assigned
• Monitor visitor activity to ensure
• Safety of staff and visitors
• Adherence to all policies/procedures
• Protection of the collection, buildings, and grounds while guarding against theft, vandalism, and other damage
• Briefly answers guest questions with a focus on customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our visitor population
• Conducts daily inspections of assigned areas and reports:
• Safety issues
• Damages or necessary repairs
• Water intrusion or leaksAs needed this role
• Assists with emergency situations by communicating with the appropriate point of contact
• Escorting staff and guests as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to:
• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ascend/descend stairs
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License or ability to obtain prior to hire
