SEAS Bismore Park Greeter – Team Leader 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 Seasonal (SEAS) position The Barnstable Parking Division is currently accepting applications to fill the seasonal Bismore Park Greeter – Leader position at Bismore Park Welcome Center located in Hyannis Harbor. The Bismore Park Greeter Team Leader represents the Town of Barnstable and Park Happy brand, and leads the Greeters in engaging the visitors and community to outstanding services throughout the Town; Sets consistently high-standards and teaches, coaches and mentors the team to provide exceptional customer service and friendly experiences; Is a supportive role model for the Bismore Park Greeter Team, and creates a high energy work environment; Is accountable for the team’s performance at all times and drives the team to exceptional results through motivation, effective prioritization of multiple responsibilities and creative thinking that provides the greatest customer experience. Two years of education above high school. Equivalent combination of experience and education.
REQUIRED TO WORK DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
$21.00 hourly, no benefits
