MUST HAVE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are conducting a temporary research initiative focused on integrating smart cameras and video doorbells into real home environments to capture everyday interactions. As a User Testing Moderator, you will play a key role in facilitating user testing sessions, engaging with participants, managing client equipment, and ensuring smooth execution of the study. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer AI technology while contributing to the future of smart home devices.

Key Responsibilities:
User Testing Execution:

Set up and dismantle testing sessions at the designated project site. Guide participants through structured prompts and interactive scenarios to collect accurate data. Monitor and ensure adherence to testing protocols for consistent results.

Participant Engagement:

Welcome and support participants, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident during the study. Address participant inquiries and provide clear instructions on the testing process. Document and report participant experiences to help refine the study approach.

Equipment, Data Handling & Client Asset Management:

Maintain and manage testing equipment to ensure seamless operation. Conduct basic troubleshooting for any technical issues during sessions. Offload, store, and securely transfer collected data in compliance with project protocols. Handle and safeguard client-provided equipment, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and return. Assist with data review and reporting, capturing key insights from each session.

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with participants. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen eye for detail. Basic technical proficiency in handling smart devices, testing equipment, and data offloading processes. Prior experience in user testing, research moderation, equipment handling, or customer-facing roles is a plus IND_
