Paddle Board Tour Guide on Lake Norman Rudderr LLC Davidson, NC 28036

Position Overview:

We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and personable Paddle Board Tour Guides to lead small group tours on Lake Norman. You’ll be the face of our brand — educating guests, keeping them safe, and delivering laid-back, memorable experiences on the water.

Responsibilities:

Lead 60-90 minute guided paddle board tours for groups of 4-10 Welcome and check in guests with a friendly attitude Provide brief paddle instruction and water safety overview Monitor group throughout the tour to ensure safety and enjoyment Share fun facts about Lake Norman and create conversation Help launch and dock boards, clean and organize gear Assist with rentals and special events as needed

Requirements:

Confident paddler (SUP experience required) Excellent swimmer and physically fit Strong communication and leadership skills CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain) Available weekends and some weekdays (May-September) Enjoy working outdoors in summer conditions

Job Types:

Part-time, Temporary Pay:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
