Join a leading travelpany specializing in luxury golf and travel experiences. Thispany has a strong presence among the top private country clubs in the U.S. They are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join their team in Chapel Hill, NC.
Your new role
As a Guest Services Manager, you will interface with high-net-worth clients, responding to inquiries and booking them on luxury golf cruises and private jet tours. You will manage ongoingmunications with guests, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with Tour Directors and Planners to understand and guide clients through the details of their trips.
What you’ll need to succeed
5+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
Exceptional customer-facing skills with excellent written and verbalmunication.
Proven ability to balance multiple overlapping trips and manage conflicting priorities.
Detail-oriented self-starter who can manage workload and meet deadlines.
Experience in the travel industry or extensive personal travel experience.
Familiarity with digital platforms like FileMaker is a plus.
