Bi-Lingual Driver Tour Guide (English/Spanish) – NYC & Day Tours to Boston Washington DC and Philly Royal City Tours Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 Do you have what it takes to join our team? About Us:
Royal City Tours is seeking a professional, safe, and dedicated Driver Tour Guide who will provide memorable and engaging experiences for our guests while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the tour.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily and private tours in New York City and other destinations (Boston, Washington, Philadelphia). Provide fun, informative, and engaging commentary while highlighting historical and cultural landmarks. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Ensure the safety and comfort of tour guests during the entire experience. Respond to customer questions and requests with a friendly and accommodating attitude. Attend required training and team meetings to stay updated and prepared. Study and learn facts, history, and key information about tour destinations. Demonstrate excellent time management, arriving 15 minutes prior to scheduled tours.

Interpersonal Skills:
Friendly, warm, and outgoing; able to put guests at ease and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Communication Skills:
Clear, engaging, and professional speaking style in both English and Spanish.
Adaptability:
Flexible, easy-going, and patient when managing guest interactions or unexpected situations.
Driving Ability:
Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van safely in New York City traffic.
Reliability:
Punctual and dependable, capable of working unsupervised and making decisions under pressure.
Professionalism:
A mature, positive attitude, with the ability to handle challenges gracefully.
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Willingness to study and quickly learn history and facts about NYC and other destinations. Physically fit to guide walking tours and assist guests as needed.
