Real Estate Experience Facilitator REQCE Commercial New York, NY 10018 Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing information about our local New York attractions, history, and culture with visitors. As a Tour Guide, you will lead either individuals or groups (open houses) on engaging and informative tours, ensuring that each prospect has a memorable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage time effectively. Duties Conduct tours of various apartments throughout New York City, providing insightful commentary and engaging highlights to enhance the prospective renter experience. Educate guests on the neighborhood, public transit, and unique qualities of the of subject apartment. Answer questions promptly from guests and provide additional information as needed. Manage group dynamics effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere during tours with multiple people. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless tour operations. Adapt tours based on the interests and needs of different groups. Skills Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Strong time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and punctually. Ability to educate and inform guests in an engaging manner. Leadership qualities to guide groups confidently through various locations. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and enthusiastically.
