Summary As a Tour Guide at Ghost City Tours, you will be responsible for leading our guests on thrilling ghost tours, sharing captivating stories and historical insights. This role is essential to enhancing our guests’ experiences and ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories. Responsibilities Lead engaging tours, captivating audiences with storytelling and historical facts. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all guests. Educate participants about local history, folklore, and ghostly legends. Manage time effectively to adhere to tour schedules while allowing for guest interaction. Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people. Foster a welcoming environment for all guests, encouraging questions and participation. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a passion for engaging with people. Ability to educate and entertain audiences through storytelling. Excellent time management skills to maintain tour schedules. Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Experience in public speaking or leading groups is preferred.
