The ideal candidate will be passionate about water sports, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to customer service. As a Paddle Board Guide, you will educate participants on safety protocols, paddle techniques, and the local environment while ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all. Duties Lead guided paddle board tours for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Educate participants on paddle boarding techniques, safety measures, and environmental awareness. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs throughout the tour. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for use before each tour. Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience and ensure safety during activities. Demonstrate leadership by managing group dynamics and providing assistance as needed. Utilize public speaking skills to deliver informative talks about local wildlife, geography, and paddle boarding best practices. Requirements Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proven customer service experience with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Excellent time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule. Leadership qualities to guide groups effectively while fostering a safe environment. Ability to educate participants about paddle boarding techniques and local ecology in an engaging manner. Previous experience in outdoor guiding or water sports is preferred but not mandatory. Must be physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
