Cave Crew Tour Guide Cumberland Caverns 1437 Cumberland Caverns Road, McMinnville, TN 37110 Cumberland Caverns is looking to hire a new Cave Guide! No experience necessary! We do all the training!

  Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Guided Cave Tours
• Public Speaking Skills and Leadership Skills Required
• Effectively answer questions & converse with guests
• Assist with operational tasks like cleaning and stocking As a member of the Cave Crew, you will be protecting and preserving not just OUR cave, but protecting ALL caves through excellence in education which is why the ability to communicate clearly along with a general sense of adventure are required!

Currently a

PART-TIME

position is available, with the potential to grow into a full-time position down the road. If you have open availability you get an hourly pay incentive. No experience required! All necessary training will be provided, AND you get a raise for every tour and responsibility position you choose to train and master! Must be able to physically hike 7+ miles per day on steep, uneven ground, 100s of natural-stone steps, and crawl on hands/knees, squeeze through tight spots. Availability on weekends (Sat AND Sun)

SUNDAYS, as well as some weekdays with days off varying week to week? Shifts typically are 8 hours days that start between 830 am and 11 am, and don’t end until around 5 pm to 7 pm. On Saturdays some night shifts may be required after training is completed, those shirts are from 5 pm to 1 am. Are you looking for long-term (1 yr+) or short-term (less than 1 yr) employment?
