Tour Guide Leiper’s Fork Distillery 3381 Southall Road, Franklin, TN 37064 About Leipers Fork Distillery Leiper’s Fork Distillery is a family-owned and operated small batch whiskey distillery in Williamson County, Tennessee. Since filling our first barrel in the spring of 2016, our has been to resurrect the lost art of small batch whiskey production that was prevalent in the hills of middle Tennessee from its founding. Traditionally, Tennessee has been counted among the four main whiskey making regions of the world, along with Scotland, Ireland and Kentucky. We are proud of this heritage and aim to carry on this tradition in the fine whiskeys we produce. Leiper’s Fork Distillery is characterized primarily by a low volume, low impact concept of production. This scale allows us greater attention to detail in order to create our signature premium spirits. Our whiskeys are 100% mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled by our own hands to our own specifications. Producing only 25,000 gallons of whiskey annually, we are truly a genuine small batch distillery. Responsibilities We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about whiskey and history. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups on engaging and informative tours of Leiper’s Fork Distillery, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are essential for this role. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Check-in guests and assist with reservations Host daily tours and tastings for guests Assist with set-up for daily tours and tastings Educate guests on our brand and the process of grain-to-glass distilling Assist in retail, when not on tour Provide support for inventory management Ensure communal/guest spaces are clean and tidied Tend to outside firepits during season Assist with outside events Personal Qualities & Qualifications Ability to comfortably speak in front of small to medium size groups (2- 30 people) A professional demeanor Passion for storytelling Excellent communication skills Open availability, including weekends High level of integrity and dependability Relish working in a small business with a fast-paced environment Personable, fun, team oriented Physical Demands Extended time standing Ascend and descend stairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
