The Expo/Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff. Responsibilities Dress plates and deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for each table. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables and clearing dishes. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with food handling and preparation tasks. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Prepping ranch, cocktail, tarter, and the expo station with all the proper veggies or cold items.
