The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. We are open Tuesday through Sunday so shifts will be 3:30-9:30 or 10:30 on weekend. Closed Mondays Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Clover POS and OpenTable systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Skills Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred. Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with Clover POS or OpenTable systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
