Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of each order
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared and plated correctly
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or inquiries

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with both kitchen staff and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of food orders
• Knowledge of POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other restaurant staff members

Note:

Culinary, bussing, banquet, Aloha POS, hotel, cook, and hospitality experience are all beneficial for this role. However, they are not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
