Position Summary:
We are seeking personable, service-oriented servers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a server at Pogo, you’ll be the face of the guest experience — delivering exceptional hospitality, expertly guiding guests through our menu, and helping create memorable nights through seamless service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide menu knowledge, including cocktail ingredients Coordinate with the bar and kitchen team to ensure timely service Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area Process payments and handle guest checks Deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with Pogo’s elevated brand Adhere to all alcohol and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Prior serving experience in a bar, lounge, or upscale dining environment preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar offerings a plus Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
