The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle credit card transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing receipts as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues as they arise. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Food Safe Certified Familiarity with credit card handling procedures and experience operating micros registers. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
