The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system or cash register. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Utilize Resy for managing reservations and guest seating efficiently. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
