As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials. Take accurate orders using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and sanitized between guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha or similar cash register systems. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
