As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments using cash registers or POS systems, handling transactions with accuracy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations within the food industry. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards within the food industry. Experience using POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in guest services.
