Located in a vibrant dining environment, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences while showcasing our delicious Italian cuisine. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen as needed. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems like Aloha POS is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
