The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and guest relations best practices. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is a plus. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
